La 2eme édition du LAFF (Luxor African Film Festival) aura lieu du 15 au 24 mars 2013.

Deux compétitions, long métrage (fiction et documentaire), et court métrage (fiction et documentaire). Pour chaque compétition, un jury de 5 membres attribuera 3 prix :
 Grand prix du meilleur film ((LM $ 10,000, CM $ 5,000) et le masque d’Or de Tutankhamen).‎
 Prix du jury ((LM $ 8,000, CM $ 4,000) et le masque d’Argent de Tutankhamen).‎
 Prix de la meilleure oeuvre artistique ((LM $ 5,000,CM $ 3,000) et le masque de Bronze de ‎Tutankhamen).‎
